        I was having the same problem with info.exe

        The problem turned out to be that the texinfo directory
        wasn't specified. This is what I used to fix the problem.


     [info]
     INFOPATH=%/>;INFOPATH%%DJDIR%/docs;%DJDIR%/docs/djgpp;%DJDIR%/docs/texinfo
     
     I also left the info.inf file named info.inf and did not rename it as 
     someone else suggested.
