I'm sure I'm asking a FAQ or am in the wrong place for this, but...

I'd like to find a place to discuss issues related to maintaining one set
of source code and compiling for various UNIX targets, as well as DOS and
OS/2.  I've got gcc and djgpp and am trying to gfigure out the best way to
set up a reasonable development system.

Does anyone know of a bboard or mailing-list which would directly attacks these issues?
