Does the SVGA drivers/graphics routines that come with DJGPP support
double buffering?  I know this is not possible in modes that take up
more than 512K per frame due to memory limitations, but I am wondering
if there is even support for page swapping or resetting the base video
memory address ( a la Mode13h "fake" page swapping )....anyone know?
