setting CYGWIN32=tty

with the 980709 winsup snap on
win95b w/osbsupp
locks up bash immediately after
window detection. (I see the title change twice I think)

^C will kill bash and the bash window immediately

starting bash with CYGWIN32 unset
seems to work normally.

Just thought ya all might like to know. ;^)
