I just made a new developers' snapshot of winsup.  It's available in
the usual place:

	ftp://ftp.cygnus.com/pub/noer/winsup-snapshot

This includes two things of note:

1) winsup.h: the NO_COPY section name has changed.  You will need a
	patched ld to build this and future dlls.

2) pinfo.cc: I am rewriting pid allocation because I'm not happy with
	the current scheme.  (Something that we might want to discuss
	more before I change things any more).  :-)
