FYI, I picked up the new O'Reilly "Win32 Multithreaded Programming"
book and it looks like it will be very useful for Cygwin32
development.  There's a lot of information on Win32 threads, exception
handling, locking mechanisms, etc.  Even a whole chapter on
"techniques for generating thread-safe dynamic link libraries".
