Hi

The postinstallation steps for apache_mod_auth_mysql/ntsec put the wrong configuration
information in httpd.conf

Specifically I had to change the following lines

AddModule mod_mysql_auth.c
AddModule mod_ntsec_auth.c

to

AddModule mod_auth_mysql.c
AddModule mod_auth_ntsec.c
