In both of the above case the 'cygwin' should be 'cygwin-announce': "List-Unsubscribe: <mailto:cygwin-announce-unsubscribe-you=yourdomain DOT com AT sourceware DOT cygnus DOT com> This tells you where to send email to unsubscribe from this list.
