It's the next to last line. The line above is the > last line and apparently comes from some prior invocation of 'mkgroup -c'. See /etc/postinstall/000-cygwin-post-install.sh* I'm not quite sure why your user and its ID ended up in your group file though. I don't see it in mine and invoking 'mkgroup -l -c' doesn't enumerate it.
