These error are mine, but harmless.
You can ignore it and are not related to your problem.
It will be fixed with the next icu update.

You deleted that by hand? Also not related to your problem

Well, rebasing a w64 image on w32 will also not work.
mingw64 dll's should be excluded in rebaseall.
Also not related to your problem.
