I didn't understand your problem, but this line could help

none    /       cygdrive binary,posix=0,user,noacl 0 0

It tells Cygwin to create automounts for native partitions at
"/<partitionletter>" and to not use POSIX ACL, allowing for native NTFS rights
inheritance to work.
