  Sorry, you (and we) can't do that.  Copying and pasting definitions from
Microsoft's proprietary header files is a no-no; we have to use
publicly-available sources of information such as MSDN docs, IIUC.

  (In which case, http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee332330(VS.85).aspx
and http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa363866(VS.85).aspx look like
acceptable sources for the symbols referred to in the earlier post.
