Yes, that fixed it.

Did you try test1.xml from 
http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2009-12/msg00871.html ?  It's the one where 
mintty is called with the argument '-'.

OK, I'll try it later if you can't reproduce the segfault with test1.xml.
