RIght, that's too specific for the Users Guide.  Package-specific documentation
is in /usr/share/doc/<package> and Cygwin package-specific stuff is in
/usr/share/doc/Cygwin/<package>.  'sftp', however, is part of the 'openssh'
package in Cygwin.

'ssh-user-config' will create public key files for you.
