I see printfs with "cygwin:" added but no explanation of the problem. Rather than focusing on capturing random bits of output you need to send one (1) mail message with a description of the problem. Read http://cygwin.com/problems.html and try, unlike 99% of the people here, to comprehend that it is more than a page which says "attach cygcheck output" to your bug reports.
