That's a warning and it is expected, but this is not an error.
cygwin has a lot of wrong intsize warnings because we are one of the 
rare 64bitint platforms, which are mostly untested.
You can safely ignore these warnings.
For some major packages I try to send patches, but for Math::GMP not yet.
