Are you using X? If you are, then you could try including -clipboard as an option for XWin: e.g. run XWin -clipboard -nolisten local -multiwindow 2>nul & (or however you usually start X up). This will put text selected for copy-ing into the Windows clipboard. If you are not using X, then I am sorry, I do not know what to suggest.
