I don't know. I'll certainly try to enable it, but I'm not sure if there
is *enough* support for ncursesw to be happy. Or what hoops I may need
to jump thru to make it happy (e.g. set LC_LANG before running
configure?  Ensure CYGWIN has codepage:utf? I dunno.)
