  How did that 's' get turned into an 'o'?  Are you sure your computer doesn't
have faulty RAM?  Anyway ...

... it seems to be working for me right now, and I notice that it was a couple of
days ago when you tried that, so perhaps it's working better today?

  Otherwise the usual advice applies: check your firewall isn't blocking you,
check that you told setup.exe to use the same settings for any corporate proxy as
you use in your browser.
