Hi. I've read the FAQ that shows how to compile cygwin with no console window, but I actually require the console window for several things, including preparation of cygwin to run my scripts so I think it isn't appropriate. What I am finding is that running some scripts that call up cygwin pop up the console window until the script is completed. Is there a way I can make these pop ups start minimized, or at least have them be in the background?
