This looks questionable:
Package Version
...
gcc 3.3.1-3
gcc-core 3.3.3-3
gcc-g++ 3.3.3-3
You should really have the same version of all those packages. You're
also using quite old versions of rather important packages:
ash 20020131-1
binutils 20011002-1
cygwin 1.5.12-1
(and many others)
Try updating your Cygwin packages to something current.
