Subject:	cron fails

Hi gurus,

My crontab contains:
SHELL=/bin/sh
MAILTO=sysaccount
15 * * * * echo $USER >> $HOME/c.log

I have checked /home/sysaccount, and there is no c.log there.

What have I missed here ?
