When using RSYNC with the -e ssh option in W2K ssh does not close out of its shell making it appear that RSYNC is hung.

Example:
-----------
$ rsync -vv -r -t -e ssh --rsync-path=/opt/local/bin/rsync --blocking-io /abcd/ user AT xxx DOT xxx DOT xxx DOT xxx:upload/

Using the -vv option you can see rsync is complete and the ssh shell does not return control to RSYNC.
