Situation: Building setup.exe

Problem: Multiple errors of the form:
/usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-mingw32/3.2/../../../../i686-pc-mingw32/bin/ld:
net.o:
warning: duplicate section `.text$_ZTS7NetPage' has different size

Reproduction: Build setup.exe with gcc3. (Requires patches currently in
discussion on cygwin-apps). Problem occurs in link stage.
