Subject: | latest cygwin broken for serial port apps |
I've just recompiled a very simple serial port app against the latest DLL because the older cygwin was occassionally generating errors and crashing Win98 (this did not happen under NT/2K/XP). Now with the new DLL under 98 read() operations result in a 'closed stream'. I am calling select() before each read(). stewart -- Unsubscribe info: http://cygwin.com/ml/#unsubscribe-simple Bug reporting: http://cygwin.com/bugs.html Documentation: http://cygwin.com/docs.html FAQ: http://cygwin.com/faq/
