I've been working on a small project in awk. I've been using v3.0.x under cygwin but have been wondering if work is being done on v3.1.x and if so, how far along it might be. (If I knew anything at all about the cygwin/windows programming environment I could perhaps volunteer my own efforts, but I haven't done any serious programming for too long now...)
