In all seriousness, 'nm' on the available libraries will tell you this.
But I'm going to guess you won't find what you want. It looks
to me like you have two (other) problems:
1. You're building with against some old Cygwin DLL code
2. You're trying to build the GNU C library
You can rectify (1). Good luck with (2). You'll need it! ;-)
