I installed the latest from cygwin on my Windows 2000 system, including 
wget 1.8.1-1.
When I try to run wget from tcsh, I get the message:
Cannot load VDM IPX/SPX support
This program cannot be run in DOS mode.

When I try to run wget from bash, I get the message:
This program cannot be run in DOS mode.

What's up?
