You may add the TZ setting to the service: cygrunsrv -I cron -d "Cygwin cron" -p /usr/sbin/cron -a -D \ -e 'TZ=CET-1CEST-2,M3.5.0/02:00:00,M10.5.0/03:00:00' -e 'CYGWIN=ntsec tty' Something like this (above is my TZ).
