Subject:	Is it not possible, please confirm

Now after looking into every howto FAQ mail archive or whatever I just
found the same questions but never answers.

Under linux bash console I am able to scroll the line buffer in my bash
without using that stupid thing called mouse (it isn't really always
stupid, but in console mode it is).

Would like some SHIFT-PgUP SHIFT-PgDOWN Keybindings to scroll that
screen buffer.

Please someone give me a final answer, if it is possible or not.

N.B. I do use bash not rxvt or similars, thanks
