Subject: | Help - Program fails to run using bash, runs fine using DOS |

Mime-Version: | 1.0 |
X-Info: | scanned for viruses |
NT4, SP6a Cygwin dll - 1.1.6 Bash version 2.04.0(8)-release (i686-pc-cygwin) I have a program that no longer runs from the command prompt in bash. It does run fine from explorer or the DOS cmd shell. The program is a F77/g77 program that is fairly large. The samller g77 programs that I am running work fine in bash. The error message is: [427]:[darkfriend:/d/Source/Modeller/Models/Poplar/src]: ./poplar d:\Source\Modeller\Models\Poplar\src\poplar.exe: *** Couldn't reserve space for cygwin's heap (0x12010000) in child, cygheap, Win32 error 487 Any suggestions? Is this a bug, or how can I increase the stack for bash..... Thanks. Mike Gingell, P.Eng. Senior Systems Engineer, Maritime Systems Computing Devices Canada -- Want to unsubscribe from this list?
