I am running an application under cygwin / NT that requires to change the
permission of a temperary files to Read, Wrie & Execute for all. I have tried
to use chmod but it succeeds immediatly without actually changing the
permissions. I understand from Cygwin documentation that this is the case with
windows 95 & 98 but not with NT. I need an URGENT HELP on how to do it.
