What name would that be which refers to cygwin as 2.25?

cygwin:1.1.5-4 is old.  It was a preliminary test release.  Of course
we don't know for sure what you're running since you still haven't
provided the output from the commands that I suggested.

I would try updating your cygwin first, though.  If, after updating to
the released version, you still have problems, you can report back here.

Please provide the cygcheck output when you do this.
