I discovered the reason. There is a link directly to my perl-5.6.0-RC1
on the cygwin homepage, but no link to the newer perl-5.6.0. Chris (or
whoever), could you add a link to perl-5.6.0?
(http://cygutils.netpedia.net/V1.1/perl-5.6.0/  -- although netpedia
seems to be down right now...)
