Subject: using bzip on the xfree86 files
To: cygwin AT sourceware DOT cygnus DOT com
MIME-Version: 1.0

bzip -d filename.tar.bz has always worked for me. But
with the xfree86 archives, they have a .bz2 extension
but it appears that bzip and bzip2 are the same
program, sothis should not pose a problem.

However, when I attempt to bunzip the archive I
receive
a data integrity error when decompressing.

Could anyone suggest why this might be?
