I had the same problem when I installed the new Cygwin and tried to link a program to a library built with Cygwin B20. Recompiling the library under the latest version of Cygwin fixed the problem. >>The procedure entry point _ctype_ could not be located in the dynamic link >>library cygwin1.dll.
