Subject:	Is there an alternative download site for IPC package?

Anyone know where to find  cygwin32_ipc-1.03.tar.gz  ??
I attempt to reach it from this site
http://www.multione.capgemeni.fr:80/tools/pack_ipc/current.tar.gz
but it seems to bee down.
