Is there any way to run login or something similar such that the HOME, USER,
and other environment variables are set automatically when an icon is
clicked.  We have the appropriate home directories, etc. set up properly in
the /etc/passwd file, but when you start bash with the --login parameter it
does not read these.

We have some PC's here that are shared by a number of users for various
purposes, and I would like them to have separate cygwin environments.
