Hi,

I am not very familiar with X windows and CYGWIN.  I just installed CYGWIN
version B20.1 and MI/X server.  I ran xs and xterm, and I get following
error message.

xterm:  unable to find usable termcap entry.

My questions are:
1. Can I set the locale ?  If so, how?  I live in Colorado, USA.  Colorado
is in Mountain time zone.  Is this what the error message mean?

2. What do I need to do to make xterm work?  Do I need to add special
termcap?
