Well, that is the product it is shipped with or was created for and is the one
I had in mind (use it all the time). The help file is not specific to Delphi
but is specific to the win32 api and the structures given are in C/C++ format.
I believe that I remember that the license for the help file is free use and
distributable.

Is it VB specific? If so it might be cumbersome for a C/C++ reference. I'll
have to take a look. Varying insight into the internals maybe interesting.
