Is there a gprof for cygwin?  Included in B20.1? Elsewhere?

Right now, I am running B19.1, and am a bit apprehensive about
upgrading because I have put together a build of mixed language
main programs (Ada, using gnat, and Modula-3, using PM3-1.1.7).
This was a real bear to put together, and getting it to link is
fragile as eggshells.
