Hi Bob,

    I had the same problem with full.exe. I downloaded this file
and tried to executed it and got the same message. After that I
saw size of downloaded file and was very astonished that the size
was too small ( ~ 4.8M instead of ~ 11.4M ). I do not know why.
Ok. I tried to download once more and this attempt was successful.
If anybody know why the error took place I will be glad to read about
it.
