GNU-Win32 b19 and later should be Y2K compliant but this is not
something that we test for free Net releases.

All current GNUPro releases (officially supported Cygnus products,
unlike GNU-Win32) are tested for Y2K compliance.  See:

This includes the GNUPro 98r1 release of the native Windows tools.
