 Yes, the problem comes from our http server which maps not .tgz files to
binary formats...

To avoid this download (with your browser) the file
http://www.multione.capgemini.fr/tools/pack_ipc/cygwin32_ipc.1.01.tar.gz

until our configuration gets fixed....
