I thought the MFC source code shipped with every copy of MSVC? Of
course, you couldn't legally distribute a derivative of that source
code, but you could post instructions or scripts so that anyone with a
legal copy of MSVC (and hence the MFC source code) could build their own
cygwin-enabled MFC.
