Is there a portable solution to handle redirection to '/dev/null' in shell scripts? In MKS-ksh I get it work for 'nul', but these shell scripts are not portable. Will bash for NT do it better or is there any other workaround? Stefan Trcek - For help on using this list, send a message to "gnu-win32-request AT cygnus DOT com" with one line of text: "help".
