Note: The version of miktex on http://www.itribe.net/virtunix is an 
old one (vers 1.03) whereas the current one is 1.05.

Get this from a CTAN site, e.g. 
 ftp://ftp.tex.ac.uk/tex-archive/systems/win32
or one of the mirror sites.
