This page is for information about products from Scott Edwards Electronics. They do
not and will not support this stuff; please email them with questions
about their products but please email me with questions about
stuff found on this page.
I wrote an X based simulator for this, to
help me write and debug apps for it faster. You can either redirect
stdin from some pipeline or file, or type directly into it while it
has X's focus.
Documentation Notes
Nearly all the parameters are modulo the range. For example, a
line from 0,0 to 150,0 acts like a line from 0,0 to 30,0. Same for
cursor positioning.
Backspace while the cursor is at the left margin causes the
cursor to move to the right margin of the previous line.
The screen never scrolls.
Smart linefeeds aren't - they always cause the cursor to move
down one line, wrapping to the top when it moves off the bottom.
If you change font sizes and do not issue a cursor positioning
command, the next character goes in the next suitable location. Thus,
if you change from normal to double-wide double-high, the upper left
corner of the next character will go in the same place as the upper
left corner would have been if you hadn't changed font sizes, except
that it's moved up a row if it was on the second or fourth
rows, and right a column to get to an even column.
