2.5 Concatenated acronyms

Often-used concatenated acronyms appear without the space or any special characters between them.

Examples:

AMTPE
Apple Media Tool Programming Environment (Apple), "AMT PE"

RISCOS
RISC Operating System (Acorn), "RISC OS"
