The GNU libplot graphics library and applications built on
it, such as graph, plot, pic2plot,
tek2plot, and plotfont, can draw text strings in a wide
variety of fonts. Text strings may include characters from more than
one font in a typeface, and may include superscripts, subscripts, and
square roots. A wide variety of marker symbols can also be drawn.
